Product Manager Responsible Gaming
Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager within the Responsible Gaming area to drive our mission of providing our customers with a safe, fun, and entertaining experience, thereby delivering sustainable growth for us and our customers. Responsible Gaming has therefore been an important feature of our company’s culture, with awareness about and promotion of responsible gaming woven into the company's fabric.
You will join a team of world-class developers and dedicated stakeholders with the mission to build and package a best-in-class Responsible Gaming system utilizing real-time data, advanced tools, and cutting-edge technology to develop a world-class tool that identifies problem gamblers at the early stage, takes the right intervention measures, measures the effectiveness of the intervention, and follows up with the customers if needed.
You will work closely with Data Science, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Compliance to make sure all the regulatory demands are met, and Operational efficiency is constantly improved. Not only that, but you will also be working closely with Product managers from other domains, alongside your development teams, to develop a world-class product for your domain.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Setting the mission, vision, and product strategy to build a world in class class-responsible gaming product
- Helping the team with the right prioritization, estimating, and scoping of activity workload along with development teams and communicating the roadmap to wider stakeholders.
- Bringing in the culture of making product decisions based upon data across the Responsible Gaming value chain.
- Taking a lead in determining product KPI for the Responsible Gaming domain along with all involved stakeholders so that it is aligned with the Group’s strategy.
- Working closely with the Country Management, Operational managers, Compliance and Tech Compliance, and Product managers from other domains, alongside your development teams to create a transparent product backlog and deliveries.
- Collaborating with the RG Operations teams to define and fine-tune our existing prediction model, understand the effectiveness of the interventions that we do with our problem gamblers, and keep improving the model based upon the learnings from our customers

- Experience in Product Management
- Experience from the iGaming industry is meriting
- You need to excel in stakeholder management and have great communication and coordination skills – both within the team and with other teams
- Self-driven with the ability to take the own initiative
NICE TO HAVES
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
