ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to lead our Project Management team in delivering the successful launch of our product across new markets.
As a Technical Program Manager with us, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the global iGaming landscape. You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge sports betting innovations, overseeing all our technical projects and driving the launch of products on an international scale. You will work with regulatory projects and effectively communicate with senior executives in the organization.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Oversee all PMO tasks, including the management and development of the project management team, processes and strategy. .
- Implement and refine project management methodologies, ensuring best practices in product and technology, including common practices of Agile, Scrum, and sprint planning.
- Lead the release of new technologies stacks in different markets and regulations, coordinating with product and technology leaders and teams to manage the right level of delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives linked with company goals and strategy.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior executives and senior stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Minimum of 10 years in technical project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the iGaming industry.
- Experience with successful execution of international country launches and understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements in the iGaming sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving projects to successful completion.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, software development life cycles, and technology release management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations.
NICE TO HAVES
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
