Commercial Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the BetMGM senior commercial lead, this junior role supports all critical business functions for the brand, with a focus on assisting with commercial analysis and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of business, economics, data analysis, and effective communication, along with developing quantitative skills.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Assist in the development and continuous review of the strategic business plan for the brand and UK brand portfolio.
- Understanding and analyzing first party financial and performance data to support decisions and planning.
- Help present data and insights in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- Synthesizing and collating materials for presentations to key stakeholders, including the Management team and the Board.
- Assist in establishing and leading strategic projects and programs aimed at achieving business goals. Creating and maintaining project management tools to help steer stakeholders in the right direction.
- Support with administrative tasks such as those related to budgeting, organizing meeting minutes and following up on results.
- Assist in coordinating between commercial, operational, and product teams to ensure alignment on business plans and objectives.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential Skills:
- Understanding of data analytics, business economics and marketing
- Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets and is tech-savvy
- Ability to analyze competitive landscapes and provide actionable insights
- Strong project management (organizational, communicative and collaborative) skills.
Nice to have skills:
- Industry experience
- Previous experience as a management consultant or in banking.
