Position Title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Dominican Republic 

What you will be doing:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Technical Client Support Specialist (CSM) to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end success of a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong adoption of the Origami platform and delivering measurable business outcomes.
As a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from daily users to executive leadership. You will act as the voice of the client internally, driving alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and valuable client experience.
Required Skills & Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems support, application support, or a related field
  • 2+ years of systems implementation, development, or business analytics work experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience extracting, analyzing and assessing client business needs and workflows to make consultative recommendations. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Solid understanding of technology systems and data structures
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) 

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or cloud-based systems
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and HTML
  • Exposure to data migration, ETL processes, or data transformation tools
  • Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
