Position Title: Mid Marketing Strategist 
Location: Remote-LATAM

 

What you will be doing:
We are seeking a data-driven Search, Paid Media & LLMO Specialist to oversee paid media strategy, SEO growth initiatives, and AI/LLMO visibility management across the business. The role focuses on performance marketing, customer acquisition, and AI-powered search visibility. 
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Amazon Ads
  • Oversee Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns 
  • Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and keyword strategies aligned with both DIY consumers and commercial buyers
  • Conduct SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword opportunities, and site improvements
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams on keyword-driven initiatives
  • Monitor the brand's citations and share of voice across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity using Athena HQ
  • Proactively contact editors, publishers, and source owners to ensure AI-cited information is accurate and current
  • Execute outreach campaigns to correct misinformation and expand citation presence
  • Report on LLM share of voice performance, citation tracking, and outreach outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search responses and answer engines
  • Manage GA4 tracking, conversion attribution, and reporting dashboards
  • Support landing page optimization and A/B testing initiatives  
Required Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns targeting the U.S. market
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO best practices, and emerging LLMO/AEO optimization strategies
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical and communication skills 

 

Nice To Have:
  • Experience in home improvement, construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries
  • Exposure to B2B marketing and commercial lead generation
  • Understanding of AI/LLM search optimization trends, AI citation management, and answer engine optimization.
