Position Title: Mid Data Engineer 
Location: LATAM 


What you will be doing: 
We are seeking a Mid Fabric Data Engineer to join a high-impact enterprise data modernization initiative. This role will focus on Microsoft Fabric while designing and building scalable, cloud-native data infrastructure and analytics solutions. 


Required Skills & Experience 
● Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering workloads) 
● 3 to 4+ years as a data engineer with recent Fabric, Azure Data Fabctory, Synapse Analytics, PySpark and Azure experience 
● Proficiency with Data Factory, pipelines, and OneLake integration 
● Experience building source/system ingestion connectors and automating recurring data loads (HRIS or SaaS connector experience a plus) 
● Medallion architecture design and build (bronze, silver, gold) 
●Power BI development, including governed, reusable report models and standardized reporting (required) 
● Solid SQL development, data modeling, transformation, and optimization for analytics pipelines 
● Proven track record with ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data movement 


Nice to Have Skills 
● HR / people analytics domain knowledge (headcount, attrition, time and attendance, 
compensation) 
● Familiarity with Dayforce (Ceridian) data 
● Power BI workspace governance experience
