What you will be doing:
As a SaaS Configuration support engineer on our Professional Service team you will be responsible for contributing to successful project implementations and providing ongoing client support. You will support clients directly and indirectly in all phases of the client life cycle. You will understand technical, educational, business management, internal responsibilities, and maintain accountability with assistance from management and peers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems support, application support, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems implementation, software development, or application configuration.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and HTML
- Experience configuring customizable applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Solid understanding of technology systems and data structures
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or cloud-based systems
- Insurance or Risk industry experience preferred
- Exposure to data migration, ETL processes, or data transformation tools
- Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
