Position Title: Mid Social Media Specialist
Location: Remote-LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to own the brand voice across every digital touchpoint. This is not a support role. This person is the primary author of how the brand sounds, responds, and represents itself, from a first-time DIY homeowner on Instagram to a seasoned PRO contractor engaging on LinkedIn. This role requires the judgment to manage two distinct audiences and tones simultaneously: B2C homeowners and B2B trade professionals. The ideal candidate is highly creative, strategic in content development, and capable of building engaging brand storytelling across multiple social platforms.
- Serve as the primary author and steward of the brand voice across all social platforms and community channels.
- Write, edit, and publish all social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube while maintaining strong copywriting standards and brand consistency.
- Manage tone and messaging distinctions between DIY homeowners and PRO contractors.
- Monitor and respond to inbound comments, DMs, and community questions while escalating technical issues when needed.
- Contribute to creative strategy development for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the 3D Designer & Video Editor to coordinate content needs and provide creative direction.
- Create post graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Execute the content calendar with creative strategy recommendations, campaign ideation, and ongoing optimization.
- Schedule and publish content using Hootsuite.
- Monitor Reddit, Quora, and relevant home improvement forums daily for brand mentions and discussions.
- Report weekly and monthly on KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
- Administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong copywriting skills with high attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Experience managing both B2C and B2B messaging.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Hootsuite or similar social scheduling platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
