The Vice President & General Manager of Business Solutions will provide the global leadership, product vision, marketing and business development plans to position InVue as a lead supplier of enterprise tablet security solutions for both commercial businesses and institutions.


• Define, develop, and execute the vision, product strategy, product roadmaps, project priorities, product specifications, and pricing for InVue’s Global Business Solutions business
• Manage and develop direct reports in product marketing and sales
• Capture technical requirements based on customer needs for current and future products via various channels and research
• Lead the definition of product roadmaps that result in high growth commercial success
• Validate product direction by interacting with customers and internal stakeholders in addition to analyzing both market and product trends
• Develop sales and marketing plans to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
• Own the product’s user experience and feature set and act as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organization
• Identify and build relationships with stakeholders in top retail, financial, hospitality, government, healthcare and educational customer segments
• Identify and develop sales and channel partners
• Define and drive new business development and new customer acquisition initiatives


• 10+ years of experience the in the payments industry developing high performance product roadmaps and managing product portfolios that delivered YoY sales growth
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing global direct reports in marketing and sales
• Successful background and vast experience in building global partnerships with ISV, ISO, VAR
• Product knowledge and a proven track record selling into the mobile POS industry
• Strong product instincts shown through commercial success of new products defined
• Entrepreneurial accomplishments; developed a business or category from $0 to $75+ million through market research and product innovation
• Clear examples of identifying product opportunities, putting plans in place, and building infrastructures to capitalize on of these opportunities
• Clear examples of developing sales partners and new sales channels
• Demonstrate ability to create strong internal trust and alliances across all functions of business
• Collaborated with external customers and internal R&D to develop products that delivered sales growth
• Have ability to travel with no restrictions on international travel
