• Execute products vision and strategy in support of achieving business and financial objectives.
• Manage backlog to prioritize features and functionalities, balancing innovation with practicality.
• Drive product roadmap execution in Jira and set clear software development goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product strategy with business goals.

• Build deep technical understanding of customer needs, pain points, and problems to solve.
• Understand and translate customer requirements into technical requirements for development.
• Lead technical brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate actionable product plans.
• Research relevant technology advancements to identify opportunities for new products/features.

• Develop initial product concepts and present them to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Lead creation of technical requirements for development using VoC and market data as key input.
• Create and manage product requirements and specs in Jira including UI, UX flows, and wireframes.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Lead development of prototypes, PoCs, tests/pilots, and MVPs for customer validation.
• Use Jira to manage cross-functional collaboration for end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Implement agile methodologies to facilitate efficient and effective development processes.
• Utilize Jira features to streamline development processes and cross-functional collaboration.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights throughout the development process.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Keep stakeholders informed and advocate for the product’s vision and goals across the organization.

• 6+ years of recent data and/or IoT SaaS agile product development experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical product management role for data enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated success driving B2B SaaS product strategy, design, launch, execution, and scale.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

• Previous experience developing physical access control solutions.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to drive continuous product improvement.
• Solid recent continuous experience in relevant roles at IoT software company.
• Experience creating and implementing software development processes for startup team.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environment and dealing with ambiguity.
• Proactive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues to quickly identify root cause and take step to drive resolution while influencing stakeholders.
• Skillful at conducting market research as part of product design process for accelerated market adoption and projecting potential revenue from proposed features and functionalities.
• Ability to travel upward of 15%, including global travel.
