Role - SAP FICO Senior Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and talented FICO Senior Consultant with a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades and AMS support. As a FICO Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet our client’s business needs. The ideal candidate should have exceptional consulting skills, deep technical expertise in SAP FICO, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
SAP Skills
- 6 - 8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Candidate should have strong exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, eDocument.
- Should be able to read and debug ABAP program.
- Should have knowledge about FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
- SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Work on Change Requests/GAPs and Change Management process.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
- Should be willing to work in Japan, UK and US shift timings as per rotational shift roster.

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
