Role - SAP FICO Consultant
Hiring Location: India (Delhi/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Noida/Pune) 
Job Summary 
We are looking for SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes, SAP Finance (FI) modules, and integration with other business functions. Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) is a strong advantage. The consultant will be key in implementing, supporting, and optimizing finance solutions to meet business needs.
                                                                                                 
Responsibilities 
  • Configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting). 
  • Assist in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, including data migration, testing, and troubleshooting. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CO, SD, MM) to ensure seamless system integration. 
  • Support end-to-end finance processes in compliance with accounting standards. 
  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users. 
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements. 
  • Document functional specifications, configurations, and end-user training materials
Skills & Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI).
  • Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance within SAP.
  • Experience in SAP FI-CO integration and cross-functional knowledge of SD and MM.
  • Basic knowledge of Cost Center, Profit Center and Internal Orders.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs).
  • Basic ABAP debugging for issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile project management principles.
  • Experience working within an Onsite/Offshore Delivery model.
  • Ability to integrate S/4HANA with third-party systems (Basic knowledge of IDOCs and system integration required).
