SAP Procurement Pre-Sales Consultant and Solution Architect (Public Sector): (US Citizenship or Permanent Resident required)
invenioLSI is looking for a Procurement focused consultant to join the PreSales team. This role supports the proposal process and serves as a resident expert solution architect in the SAP Procurement area.
 
SAP Skills
  • Minimum of 10 years SAP Ariba implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP S/4 or ECC MM/IM experience.
  • Techno-functional experience including CIG and integration to SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
  • Minimum of 3 full life cycle projects; Buying and Invoicing implementations, included Guided Buying configuration and integration to SAP ECC or S/4HANA in at least 1 implementation.
  • Minimum of 2 implementations each of; SAP Ariba Contracts, SLP and Sourcing.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the area of Ariba solutions; Buying and Invoicing and Guided Buying.
  • Experience implementing using the  SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Experience managing tasks with SAP Ariba Shared Services.
Responsibilities 
  • Reviews and analyzes customer/prospect requirements and develops a software bill-of-materials to meet requirements.
  • Meets with business partners, project managers, and vendor partners to determine project scope and vision, set system goals and develop proposals.
  • Communicates solution architecture, scope, solution details and benefits to customers/prospects.
  • Conducts research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
  • Provides demonstrations of SAP Procurement (both Ariba and S/4) functionality to customers/prospects to explain and sell SAP software and invenioLSI integration services.
  • Develops high-level project plans and staffing estimates.
  • Defines deliverables and milestones based on Activate Methodology with invenioLSI templates and variations.
  • Evaluates project risks based on customer requirements detailed in solicitations (tenders, RFx, etc.).
  • Coordinates with proposal managers, partner vendors and sales team to develop responses to solicitations.
