Role Overview: The Graduate Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of sales activities and other projects across Gigamon, with a particular focus on projects involving cybersecurity and network infrastructure. This individual will work with the local and international sales team to manage project timelines, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 
This position is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with Saudization requirements.

What you’ll do: 
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities and other projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Liaise effectively between engineering, customer-facing teams, and external clients to clarify requirements, updates, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, status reports, and documentation for both internal and external audiences. Ensure technical content is accurate and accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings; facilitate resolution of issues and remove obstacles for project participants.
  • Drive team collaboration by embracing the company’s “One Gigamon” culture of inclusivity, authenticity, and open communication.
  • Monitor project progress, update stakeholders, and proactively communicate risks or changes to plans.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards.
Who you are: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related field), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Effective stakeholder management and team collaboration experience.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in technical documentation and business communication in English.
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Citizen of KSA
