Maintenance Supervisor
North Dallas, Texas Area
 
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining a high-quality living environment for residents while supporting and developing a strong maintenance team.
 
Compensation: $28–$32 per hour based on experience, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities
 
Schedule: Monday – Friday (on-call rotation required)
 
What You Will Do:
• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for the community
• Diagnose and complete service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Manage and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion
• Oversee apartment turns, including scheduling, inspections, and quality control
• Supervise and support maintenance team members
• Maintain pool, grounds, and common areas to company standards
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for larger or specialized projects
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed consistently
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with residents
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
 
What You Will Bring:
• Valid driver’s license
• HVAC certification required
• CPO certification required
• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
• Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
