What You Will Do
  • Complete service requests efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service to residents
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
  • Repair and maintain heating and cooling systems
  • Service and maintain the community pool
  • Assist with apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and property inspections
  • Help maintain beautiful grounds and excellent curb appeal
  • Work closely with the maintenance and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Promote a positive living experience for residents and a collaborative work environment for coworkers
  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Two or more years of maintenance experience (multifamily experience preferred but not required)
  • Residence within approximately 30 minutes of the property
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, pool maintenance, and HVAC systems
  • HVAC Certification or EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, climb stairs, and perform maintenance tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic
