Location: Work From Home – Greater Metro Manila Only
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Philippines Time (Mid-shift)
(Required to work during PH Holidays)
Salary: PHP 30,000 to PHP 55,000 month (Based on experience)

About The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager in the UK, you will be responsible for the core outbound sales process. Your primary mission is to solve the organization's need for a consistent, high-quality prospect database by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Target Identification: Manually identify and qualify companies and contacts that meet specific target criteria.
- Advanced Prospecting: Support the Business Development (BD) team with in-depth research using platforms like Apollo, Rocketreach, and Lusha.
- CRM Excellence: Update Pipedrive with precision, maintaining a 95% data accuracy rate.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients by sending personalized emails using established templates.
- Pipeline Coordination: Set actionable follow-up tasks for the BD team to ensure research leads to closed deals.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development support role.
- Technical Requirement: You will be required to use your own laptop for this role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability in identifying and qualifying B2B leads.
- Advanced CRM Skills: High level of discipline in data entry (ideally Pipedrive).
- Tech Savviness: Confident using Google Sheets, Outlook, and advanced prospecting tools (Apollo, Lusha, etc.).
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written English for professional email outreach.
- Ownership Mentality: Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable for hitting quality and volume targets.
