What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for ensuring every product is technically accurate, complete, and ready for launch—translating complex product information into structured, high-quality content across our website and platforms.

This is not a creative marketing role. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed product information, coordinating across teams, and ensuring everything is precise, consistent, and delivered on time.

This is where you’ll shine:

  • Take ownership of the marketing side of new product development (NPD)
  •  Ensure all product data (codes, specifications, descriptions) is accurate and aligned across systems
  •  Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to gather and validate technical information
  •  Prepare products for launch across website and third-party platforms
  •  Upload and maintain product pages in the CMS
  •  Create and manage structured product content (datasheets, O&M manuals, ECO sheets).
  •  Ensure consistency between website content and internal systems
  •  Coordinate product imagery, renders, and technical files (BIM, DWG, etc.)
  •  Work with external suppliers to deliver accurate and high-quality assets
     

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing coordination or product marketing
  • You have experience working with product data, technical documentation, or product launches
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured information (codes, specs, product features)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Confidence collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience editing PDFs and marketing documents
  • Practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic SEO principles

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with specification or construction platforms like NBS or Barbour ABI
  • A qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
