They are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to join this innovative team.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
Reporting directly to a New Zealand-based manager as part of the Operations team, you will ensure the seamless execution of digital advertising across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Execute & Manage: Build and edit digital advertising campaigns within a specialized platform and directly inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Optimize Performance: Adjust budgets, audiences, and creative assets based on performance data or client requests to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve: Identify and fix delivery issues, ad disapprovals, and tracking errors to maintain campaign health.
  • Monitor Accuracy: Maintain high precision in campaign setups, following standard naming conventions and rigorous QA processes.
  • Support & Report: Assist the onshore team with performance summaries and maintain organized records for client accountability.
 
What You’ll Bring
 
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of core concepts including audiences, bidding, ad formats, and metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: A "detail-obsessed" mindset where you double-check budgets and targeting to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written English for clear internal documentation and proactive collaboration.
  • Reliability: The ability to manage a high volume of updates across multiple accounts while staying calm and methodical.
 
Bonus Points For:
 
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or property marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or property management software (e.g., MRI PropertySuite, Vault).
  • Experience specifically supporting New Zealand or Australian clients.
