The Operational Need:
 
As our Business Systems Analyst, you are the dedicated system owner.  You don't just "fix" things; you ensure our platforms are configured to their full potential to support how we actually work.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
 
Reporting to the Digital Transformation and Development Manager, you will spend your time across five key areas:
 
  • Platform Excellence: Act as the authoritative owner of our SaaS systems. You’ll manage custom fields, workflow stages, and automation rules, ensuring new vendor features are evaluated and implemented for business value.
  • Business Process Analysis: Ensure configuration follows business logic.  You’ll interview users, map end-to-end processes, and identify gaps where platforms can be better aligned to operations.
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Maintain trustworthy data.  This includes running audits to resolve duplicates, implementing validation rules at the point of entry, and building dashboards for real-time leadership insights.
  • Documentation & Training: Capture and transfer knowledge.  You’ll create user guides and conduct training sessions so new recruiters or sales staff can be productive.
  • Vendor Relationship Support: Serve as the first point of contact for platform issues, manage support tickets, and monitor vendor roadmaps.

  • The Translator: You can hear a user say a system is "annoying" and translate that into specific technical improvements.
  • The Owner: You feel personally responsible for system health and data integrity; you don't wait for a ticket to investigate a drop in quality.
 
Technical Experience & Skills:
 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, MIS, IT, Computer Science, or Business Admin with an IT specialization.
  • SaaS Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to learn and configure SaaS platforms independently.
  • Core Concepts: Deep understanding of user roles, data objects, workflow triggers, and API capabilities.
  • Communication: Ability to work effectively across Filipino and Australian teams, adjusting your vocabulary for both stakeholders and developers.

What This Role is NOT
 
  • Not a Developer: If you want to write code or build APIs from scratch, this isn't it.  You document requirements and hand them to the dev team.
  • Not Help Desk: This is proactive optimization, not reactive password resets.
  • Not a Passive Executor: We need a self-starter who creates structure from ambiguity, not someone who needs a fully defined brief for every task.
 
Bonus Points For
 
  • Previous experience specifically with Jobvite or Freshsales administration.
  • Experience working in a global recruitment or outsourcing environment.
