They are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their remote team and play a key role in ensuring products move smoothly from suppliers to major US retailers.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work within the Operations team, reporting directly to the Texas-based COO. In this role, you’ll help keep the company’s supply chain organized, accurate, and moving on schedule.
- Schedule freight pickups and coordinate shipments for major retailers.
- Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), master carton labels, and review Purchase Orders for accuracy.
- Communicate with third-party warehouses regarding pallet dimensions, weights, and shipment adjustments.
- Maintain accurate shipment and order records using NetSuite and Excel, including daily open order tracking.
- Track container arrivals from China and monitor inventory flow to avoid missed shipping windows.
- Act as a key point of contact for freight partners, suppliers, and US retail customers.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain operations, ideally within retail routing or import/export environments.
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with US-based teams and partners.
- Solid operational understanding of logistics terminology such as carton cubes, pallet dimensions, and Bills of Lading.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently and proactively flag issues.
Bonus Points For
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas).
- Experience working in fast-moving or entrepreneurial business environments.
- Previous logistics experience supporting large US retail partners.
