What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be an integral part of the Audit Team, supporting the delivery of professional audit services to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in audit planning, fieldwork, and documentation processes
- Conducting audit testing and preparing working papers
- Rotating through tax, advisory, and compliance functions to gain well-rounded experience
- Participating in training sessions and pursuing qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CPA)
- Collaborating with team members and clients to develop both technical and interpersonal skills
- Receiving mentoring and guidance from senior auditors and managers
- Joining firm-wide events and initiatives to expand your network and industry exposure
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Latin honors preferred)
- A strong interest in audit and a desire to grow a career in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- High motivation and a proactive mindset toward learning and development
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with solid numerical and analytical skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Internship or academic experience in accounting or finance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or accounting software
- Basic understanding of audit frameworks (IFRS, GAAP, etc.)
- Active participation in university organizations or leadership roles
- Demonstrated initiative through academic or extracurricular projects
