What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, you'll be part of the Creative Operations Team, supporting the integrity and consistency of the company's global brand presence across all product documentation and packaging. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reformating Documents: Precisely re-format and update existing technical documents, product data sheets, and labeling to reflect new branding and specifications.
- Aligning Packaging: Execute updates to product packaging artwork, ensuring strict adherence to current brand guidelines and regulatory details.
- Developing Materials: Collaborate on developing new packaging and product data sheets, utilizing existing, approved examples and templates.
- Ensuring Consistency: Maintain impeccable formatting, layout, and styling across all produced files for a unified brand look.
- Preparing for Print: Deliver error-free, print-ready artwork files that meet precise technical specifications for various printing processes.
- Managing Assets: Systematically organize and maintain clean, version-controlled working files, following established file structures and naming conventions.
What You’ll Bring
- At least two years of proficiency in Adobe InDesign for production work, complemented by working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines, corporate templates, and referencing previous approved materials.
- Solid experience in preparing and checking artwork files specifically for commercial print production.
Bonus Points For
- Prior experience in a production-heavy artwork role, preferably in the FMCG or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and artwork management software.
- Experience with multi-language versioning in artwork files.
- A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in detailed production work rather than conceptual design.
