Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia, ( 21-5839)
Description
- Liaise with Global COE for talent acquisition and deploy global programs, process and projects in Asia region
- Through deep understanding FieldCore’s core business goals and strategy, work with Regional HR director and Global Talent Acquisition Leader to set and drive regional recruitment strategy
- Build and develop cohesive partnerships with business leaders and HRBPs in the region, partner in workforce planning and fulfil in line with business needs
- Focus on attracting and hiring the best talent available.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders and candidate pipelines
- Act as prime point of contact for all ongoing team activity within the region
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of the needs of the region and manage the talent acquisition plan to deliver with quality & speed
- Develop, maintain and share a comprehensive view of the talent market including a total view of the competitive landscape for the region
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Team and ensure their personal development and professional delivery
- Develop a close working relationship with other members of the HR team to deliver continuous improvement to the long-term people concerning
- Benchmark and strategize with global TA CoE to ensure it’s driving & executing successfully in the region to sustain the business growth and operations
- Perform recruitment and sourcing for specific requisitions in region
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required
- HR professional with 6 to 8 years’ hands on Talent Acquisition Program management and applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 3+ years managing and developing employees
- 3+ years of specialized/industry experience
- Subject matter expert in recruitment internet data mining, professional networking, candidate generation and sourcing with strong candidate/employee experience mindset and proactive business partnership thinking
- Ability to communicate to all internal customers on talent acquisition processes, policies, systems that have been deployed or that will be.
- Ability to build recruitment capability through training
- Ability to inspire and guide those in the team toward goal achievement
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes to varied audiences
- Learning agility
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high paced environment independently and with time constraints
