POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Employment may be through a local employing entity or employer-of-record partner, depending on the hiring location.
The Manager, Chapter Staff Operations, is dedicated to fostering a well-resourced and trained Chapter Staff community at Entrepreneurs’ Organization. This role is responsible for engaging the staff professionals working with EO’s Chapters and acting as the primary liaison between EO’s internal teams and EO’s chapter staff. Through effective communication, relationship building and strong project management, this individual ensures EO Chapter Staff professionals are equipped and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals to provide high-level membership experiences at the local level.
In addition to community engagement, this role drives operational consistency, resource management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure Chapter Staff are aligned with EO’s Chapter Health Framework and organizational priorities. This individual ensures systems, tools, and reporting mechanisms supporting Chapter Staff are current, effective, and consistently applied across regions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaboration & Liaison
- In partnership with regional teams, who serve as the primary relationship owners for Chapter Staff, lead global alignment efforts and champion Chapter Staff priorities in enterprise-level planning and cross-functional initiatives.
- Represent Chapter Staff perspectives in global conversations, ensuring their needs and operational realities inform EO’s tools, policies, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to pilot and evaluate new tools, systems, and processes, ensuring feedback is captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure they meet objectives, improve operations, and deliver value to the chapter staff community.
- Collect feedback and insights from regional staff and chapter staff to inform EO’s policies, tools, and strategies.
- In coordination with regional teams, facilitate regular updates and two-way communication to inform chapter staff about key initiatives and organizational updates.
Training, Support, and Recognition
- In collaboration with regional teams, establish and maintain the global training lifecycle and onboarding framework for Chapter Staff, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop and maintain standardized training content, tools, and resource architecture for regional use, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and aligned with EO standards.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to help chapter staff navigate EO processes, systems, and policies.
- Oversee EO’s knowledge-sharing platforms, resource hubs, and LMS structure to centralize best practices, FAQs, and documentation.
- Maintain oversight of Chapter Staff resources across platforms, ensuring content is current, accessible, and aligned with EO standards.
- Monitor adoption and participation metrics related to training programs and resource usage, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
- Develop, oversee, and manage chapter staff recognition programs to reinforce performance standards and celebrate excellence across regions.
Chapter Staff Community Engagement
- Through engagement with EO’s Global Chapter Staff Advisory Council, represent the voice of EO’s Chapter Staff in all initiatives impacting the Chapter Staff community.
- Build strong relationships with EO’s 300+ Chapter Staff, understanding their unique challenges, needs, and aspirations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Chapter Staff and the Global Chapter Staff Advisory Group providing guidance, resources, and support.
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster community amongst EO’s Chapter Staff, such as peer learning sessions, virtual town halls, and networking opportunities.
Additional Team Support
- Support cross-functional initiatives across Chapter Operations workstreams, including Chapter Health, Area Director lifecycle, Presidents Training Lifecycle, and Chapter Staff Community efforts.
- Provide support to the Senior Director, Global Chapter Health & Operations, on strategic initiatives and ad hoc priorities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, project management, or related role in a non-profit or membership-based organization.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with a talent for balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working with community engagement, communication and project management tools.
- Experience working with reporting dashboards, CRM systems, LMS platforms, or digital resource hubs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international teams and diverse cultures.
- Familiarity with EO’s mission, vision, and chapter structure.
- Certification in project management (PMP) program management (PgMP).

POSTING DISCLOSURES
Compensation: 34,000-44,300 EUR

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ROLE CONDITIONS
- This role is primarily sedentary/light work and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and video-conference platforms.
- The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- The role requires travel up to 40%
- The role requires occasional early morning/evening meetings across time zones
- The role requires lifting/moving up to 5 kgs, as applicable.
