POSITION SUMMARY

This role supports Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Employment may be through a local employing entity or employer-of-record partner, depending on the hiring location.

 

The Manager, Leadership oversees planning, co-design, and execution of EO’s Leadership Academies, including Regional Leadership Academies (RLAs) and the Global Leadership Academy (GLA). This role partners with internal and external content providers, and subject matter experts to develop curriculum and learning experiences aligned with EO Leadership Principles and delivers exceptional member value and experience.

 

Additionally, this role involves managing Leadership Academies’ facilitator community, providing training and resources embedded in broader Leadership Development strategy. This position entails ensuring clear collaboration with the Events team for seamless logistical support while scaling the program through standardized content and delivery to provide a transformative and consistent member experience globally. By developing standard operating procedures and comprehensive training materials, the Manager ensures effective execution of multiple Leadership Academies projects and drives continuous improvement in program delivery.

 

This person adds value by owning programs end-to-end — from needs assessments and curriculum design to facilitator training, launch, and evaluation — while prioritizing regional relations to ensure local relevance. They must stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, demonstrate agility, creative problem-solving, a global mindset, and eagerness to learn. The Manager liaises with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, transformational member experiences.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership Academy Programs

  • Provide oversight and management of the Leadership Academies, including the Regional Leadership Academies (RLAs) and Global Leadership Academy (GLA).
  • Responsible for scaling Leadership Academies program through standardization of content and delivery, ensuring it remains transformative while providing consistent standard of member experience across the globe, and extending access to more members in the future.
  • Lead program development, execution and manage program health.
  • Support the ongoing design of content curriculum, consult directly with external and internal content creators, speakers, and institutions identified as Subject Matter Experts, and partner with individuals to develop instructional content.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments and for continuous evolution of the program, working with relevant organizational stakeholders, specifically regional teams, among others, to implement assessment tools, evaluation, and identify trends related to gaps in knowledge, trainer delivery, and individual learning styles.
  • Stakeholder management and support: manage Leadership Academies’ facilitator community, provide continuous training and resources; facilitate training sessions for international program stakeholders, and advise program stakeholders weekly.
  • Develop SOPs and robust training materials to train staff and member leaders to execute programs and create systems to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities with Events team on standards and logistical support of the Academies.
  • Attend Leadership Academies as required in an observational and support capacity for the program’s continuous improvement.

 

Leadership Development Team Participation

  • Support ongoing development of leadership curriculum, aligned with the EO Leadership Principles and Leadership Mindset.
  • Evaluate ongoing opportunities to deliver leadership training in a virtual setting.
  • Ongoing collaboration and discussion cross-functionally for better alignment and co-creation.
  • Lead special project working groups, as necessary.
  • Be open to cross-training across content development, regional programming, and related leadership initiatives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of program development and project management. 
  • Proven experience in designing and executing leadership or learning programs.
  • Background in learning and development with some facilitation experience required.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, in terms of geography, culture and time zone; and leading diverse multi-functional/regional project teams.
  • Progressive experience in leadership team coaching and organizational development.
  • Ability to accommodate global travel and flexible working hours.
  • Experience with database and Excel management with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Computer software skills and personal development training are preferred.
  • Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact diplomacy and poise.
  • Promote quality through continuous performance improvement.
  • The use of good judgment and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team.

POSTING DISCLOSURES

Compensation: 600,000-800,000 MXN

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ROLE CONDITIONS

  • This role is primarily sedentary/light work and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and video-conference platforms.
  • The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
  • The role requires travel up to 30%
  • The role requires occasional early morning/evening meetings across time zones
  • The role requires lifting/moving up to 5 kgs, as applicable.
