About the role
A Customer Support to Enphase University is an essential role in day-to-day operation and maintenance of LMS and contributes to building out the Enphase Energy Training programs through instructional design, using various ID tools.
This role is critical for our installers as the response by CS and training content uploaded in LMS directly impact our business.
What you will do
- Enphase University Support - delivering best in class user support, as part of a global team focused on the highest levels of learner experience.
- Respond to contact queries/direct emails – providing resolutions and remote troubleshooting for users in Enphase University.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (Product Trainers, Field Applications Engineers, and Product Managers) to organize the timely preparation of new and updated training materials.
- Build training modules based on provided content, feedback, and suggestions and create engaging learning activities and compelling course content on time. Align the training modules with an overall learning outcomes strategy using tools like Articulate, Storyline etc.
- Participate in ongoing training/education of industry standards and Enphase technology. Identify appropriate designing tools in the market to improve and work on learning needs.
- Use tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Moodle) to record and produce training videos.
- Run reports on regular intervals as per set procedure and use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret the data for diagnosis and prediction.
- Analyzing data and trends and preparing reports for the management and stakeholders to enable them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Create supporting material (reference document, cheat sheet etc.) based on provided training content.
- Creating and maintaining process documents as per the standards.
- Able to perform testing tasks based on business requirements for the team.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Who you are and what you bring
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience developing eLearning modules and writing instructor led lesson plans incorporating adult learning principles.
- Experienced visual content designer with a strong grasp of Development tools (Articulate, Microlearning, Camtasia, Premiere, Moodle-scorm)
- Experience in process management for the training development lifecycle, from initial design through delivery and implementation (ADDIE model)
- Experience in interacting with customers or stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of learning modalities and learning styles.
- Possesses excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain and adhere to project and individual schedules with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly analyze the impact of development changes on a content development project and adjust workload appropriately.
- Ability to act as a consultant regarding Content Development methodology, standards and practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook).
- Willingness to learn new skills if required
- Ability to collaborate within team and outside teams to work on a project/task.
- A bachelor’s degree, with a focus in instructional design, graphic design, content creation, education, communications, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of instructional best practice and strong presentation skills.
- Solid written, verbal, and content creation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Should have 65% or 6.5 CGPA throughout in education.
