About the role

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented New College Graduate with a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from IIT/NIT to join our System Integration Team. As a Product System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Enphase products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

What you will do

• System Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Enphase products, ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly tested from an end-user perspective. Ability to carry out Test Execution by Understanding in detail  the electrical drawings and schematics.
• Test Automation: Implement and maintain automated testing scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Data Analysis:  Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports on test results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of products.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues found during testing. Work with the development team to resolve these issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Who you are and what you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from IIT/NIT/Top Colleges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with testing from an end-user perspective is a plus.
• % Marks from 10th,12th and BE should be more than 80%.
