About the role

With the advent of Enphase’s Digital Business Unit, we aim to establish a digital platform to interact with all our stakeholders for various needs. One such platform is our Enphase Store which serves as an ecommerce platform to procure Enphase products and services. With the current expansion plan, we have our online stores across various geographies which cater to specific regional requirements. As a Store Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for order creation, order fulfilment, inventory management for global E-store operations.

What you will do

  • Order creation in oracle order management platform.
  • Coordinate with the inventory management team on the inventory levels and update the same on store platforms.
  • Responsible for maintaining order fulfilment TAT of 24 to 72 hrs for Store.
  • Coordinating with the DCs for the order fulfilment.
  • Monitor customer queries related to order management and respond within 24 hours TAT.
  • Analysis of SKU level data shipped from store to provide insights on R6Q
  • Comfortable in coordinating with different stake holders across the globe and time zones.
  • Should be revenue driven to achieve overall store numbers.
  • Should be responsible for 3rd party order management by coordinating with the vendors.

 

Who you are and what you bring

  • Qualification – bachelor’s degree from top 100 universities and overall, 70% aggregate (As per company norms).
  • Experience – 1+ years of work experience in Ecommerce operations/SCM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize customer queries and respond with quick resolution.
  • Knowledge of Order management platforms (Oracle fusion/Magento is preferred)
