The primary goal of this role is to provide objective level of customer service at a minimal investment. Managing optimal level of inventory for all Enphase owned products at various distribution centers. This Role will also cater to Requirements from Management for Specialized Reporting and Analytics for Senior Management.
- Lead end‑to‑end supply planning by partnering with Sales Ops to analyze demand, volatility, and business drivers, converting insights into accurate supplier build plans and weekly global supply commitments.
- Manage supplier and factory execution through daily/weekly loading plan reviews, MRP validation, capacity alignment, and proactive mitigation of material or manufacturing risks to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Strengthen supplier relationships to improve agility, responsiveness, and factory utilization while tracking performance and driving continuous improvement across factories and contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery operations to optimize shipment planning, reduce cost, and ensure on‑time material availability across regions.
- Ensure new‑product readiness by evaluating demand‑cannibalization risks, defining material‑balancing needs, and aligning stakeholders for smooth phase‑in/phase‑out transitions throughout the product life cycle.
- Drive data‑driven decision‑making by monitoring KPIs, performing root‑cause analyses, and preparing performance dashboards and planning simulations for leadership review.
- Optimize inventory globally by defining control plans, ensuring right‑place/right‑time availability, and working cross‑functionally with PLM, FA, Engineering, and business owners to support replenishment, RMA planning, and process adherence.
- Champion process improvement by identifying gaps, implementing procedural updates with Engineering, and negotiating alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
- MBA from Top B School
- BE/Btech, Preferred with SCM Experience
- 5–6 years of hands‑on experience in Supply Planning, MRP execution, ERP system management, and end‑to‑end Inventory Control.
- Good understanding of Inventory Models and metrics associated with the same
- Experience in working in office suite (proficiency with MS Excel)
- Skilled in using the Oracle Cloud Based ERP Systems. Should know supply chain concepts to work with key Supply Chain Stakeholders
- Business Intelligence Knowledge and Ability to be a Techno-Functional Individual to resonate with User Needs and to Provide Optimal Solutions
- Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams
- Strong mathematics, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business and Financial expertise to understand the data impact on financials of the company
