This role requires working onsite 3 days a week in Bangalore, India.
About the role
Enphase is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Services Business in Bangalore, India. This is an individual contributor role responsible for building and running the growth engine for Enphase service and upgrade programs across the US, Europe, and Australia.
You will create and operate campaigns end-to-end: segmentation and targeting, messaging and creative direction, lifecycle journeys, landing page experiences, lead capture, routing and follow-up SLAs, experimentation, reporting, and continuous optimization. Priority motions include:
  • Legacy microinverter upgrades (legacy MI to the latest compatible Enphase MI)
  • Third-party to Enphase migrations
  • Battery attach and expansion for the existing Enphase solar base
  • Service monetization: Enphase Care, Care Plus, Care Fleet, On-Demand Service
  • Upgrade programs: gateway monitoring upgrades, gateway/micro replacements, cellular modem and data plan upgrades
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will write and ship campaigns yourself (email, SMS, in-app banners, landing pages, FAQs, and web copy) with strong editorial judgment and conversion focus.
What you will do
Growth strategy and planning
  • Own the growth roadmap for Services BU: segmentation (US/EU/AU), ICPs, value props, channel mix, offer strategy, promo guardrails, launch calendar, and KPI targets.
  • Build a quarterly growth plan with targets (pipeline + revenue), budget recommendations, and an experiment backlog across creatives, offers, pricing, and journeys.
Campaign execution and lifecycle marketing (own & operate)
  • Plan, build, and launch multi-channel programs across email, in-app (Enlighten), SMS, web/landing pages, SEO/SEM, and eStore-linked experiences.
  • Create lifecycle journeys for upgrades and service programs: trigger logic, nurture sequences, retargeting, re-engagement, and win-back.
Conversion-focused content creation
  • Write and QA high-performing emails, banners, landing pages, FAQs, in-app/web messaging, and articles/blogs that drive demand and conversion.
  • Maintain a high bar for clarity, benefit-first messaging, brand voice, accessibility, and localization readiness.
Offer and funnel design
  • Define offer positioning and packaging for each motion (Care vs On-Demand vs upgrades) and improve message-to-page continuity through the funnel.
  • Partner with eCommerce stakeholders to improve PDP/LP conversion, lead forms, and checkout conversion where applicable.
Lead generation engine and routing
  • Define and operationalize MQL/SQL for Services motions; implement lead scoring and routing in CRM.
  • Set response SLAs and partner with ISRs/CX/Contact Center to drive speed-to-lead and conversion from Lead → Quote → Booked.
Experimentation and growth analytics
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, copy, creative, timing, audiences, and offers; use holdouts and incrementality where feasible.
  • Publish weekly dashboards covering: CTR/CTOR, CVR, CPA/CAC, AOV, MQL→SQL→Won, show rate/book rate, cohort conversion, attribution, response SLAs, time-to-launch.
Enablement and cross-functional alignment
  • Create playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, and agent scripts (email/SMS/call) to improve conversion.
  • Run feedback loops and QBRs with stakeholders to diagnose funnel leaks and scale winners.
AI-assisted execution
  • Use Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate drafting, variant generation, first-pass localization, QA checklists, and post-campaign summaries—within privacy/security guardrails and with human review.
Who you are and what you bring
Education
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience
  • 8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or lifecycle marketing with ownership from planning to execution to measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes through campaigns and funnel optimization.

  • Experience in tech/energy/eCommerce/service monetization across US/EU/AU is a plus.
  • Product marketing experience translating technical offerings into simple customer value is a plus.

  • Deep comfort with performance and funnel metrics: CTR, CTOR, CVR, CPA/CAC, AOV, MQL→SQL, LTV/CAC, speed-to-lead, show rate, book rate.
  • Excellent editorial judgment and copywriting: consistently improves opens, clicks, dwell time, and conversion while staying on brand.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics workflows (tool names not required, but operational fluency expected).
