Sr. Marketing Analyst

Overview

This role will be critical to driving overall business growth. The successful candidate will possess an ability to balance data analysis, provide meaningful insight with data proof points, and have a demonstrated understating of marketing strategy, programs and tactics.

Position reports to Director, Demand Generation

What you will do:

  • Providing the marketing performance measurements, reporting, and analysis required to improve marketing program results for associated business decisions through detailed analysis of the digital behavior of prospects and customers
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze standardized reporting dashboards providing data driven insights to monitor/evaluate marketing, lead generation and sales funnels, and present recommendations to improve performance
  • Ensure all marketing channels, execution tactics, and promotions are tracked, identifying and developing options to improve conversion, and ensuring the accuracy of the analytics by validating the data collected
  • Translating quantitative data into actionable recommendations to meet business objectives, marketing goals and measurements, in easy to follow narratives and storytelling
  • Regularly reviewing dashboards with marketing leadership providing performance updates and summaries
  • Support monthly and quarterly reviews with cross-organizational teams to support continued improvements for integrated demand marketing
  • Serve as the primary marketing Salesforce resource, providing support to marketing in their use of Salesforce
  • Assist in developing marketing initiatives to increase relevant digital traffic, improve conversion rate, and generate qualified leads
  • Work with marketing team to identify, track and report KPIs
  • Stay current on latest trends in web-based analytics, business intelligence tools and web development
  • Other job duties as assigned as needed

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with at least 3 years supporting marketing
  • 3-5 years as a power user with Salesforce, Marketo (Eloqua, Pardot, or similar), analytics tool (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar), SQL, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint; Monday.com and ZoomInfo experience is a plus
  • Must be an organized, analytical, and critical thinker; act independently when required and have a high degree of personal initiative with ability to execute on business objectives
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills, with effective presentation and interpersonal skills while exhibiting professional maturity, good judgment, and remain cool under pressure
  • Demonstrate project and process management capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams to drive timely project completion
  • Experience in managing Google AdWords is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, inbound and outbound
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment while exhibiting optimal time management skills
