Overview    
Edifecs is seeking an Sr Accounting Operations Manager for our Finance Team in Bellevue. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Sr Accounting Operations Manager will lead the billing operations functions, drive process improvements, and provide insightful reporting and analysis.


What you will do:
    
  • Supervise and establish key metrics and performance indicators to measure the health and efficiency of collections processes.  Perform AR reserve analysis and assist with AR aging reporting.
  • Administer bank and debt accounts reporting and user change management requirements.
  • Estimate the future cash position and needs by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the organization is able to meet its cash obligations and manage cash efficiently
  • Coordinate with external tax service provider recording of quarterly income tax provision, including underlying support requests
  • Manage ongoing tax notifications and resolution with internal team and external tax service provider
  • Responsibilities compliance with registration requirements, working to develop a standardized process.
  • Evaluate sales tax configuration and compliance.  Monitor recurring sales tax compliance timely and accurately.
  • Administration of the stock compensation plan transactions (grants, exercises, etc.), reporting, and user change management requirements.
  • Manage the company-wide insurance requirements, procurement, and compliance reporting by partnering with key departments
  • Evaluate and monitor royalty compliance and reporting to ensure accurate royalty revenue reporting to resellers and partners. Confirm accuracy for royalty reports received from resellers and partners.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests: create customized reports based on information from NetSuite as needed.
  • Collaborate with finance team on financial planning, analysis and reporting activities.
  • Prepare support packages and reports for annual audit. Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
What you will bring:    
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Minimum of 5+ years accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Track record of leveraging technology and improving accounting processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
    
Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $108,699- $149,461 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
