Contracts Manager
  

Overview 

Edifecs is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Legal team. As a member of the Legal team, the Contracts Manager is responsible for preparation, review, negotiation and administration of certain customer contracts, along with various administrative tasks to support the department as needed. This position will report to our Deputy General Counsel, and help to build a best in class contracts management program. 


What you will do: 

  • Serve as Contracts Manager to Edifecs, Inc., an expanding global, privately-held healthcare solutions company (www.edifecs.com).
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, primarily Statements of Work, expanding to other contracts as directed and in accordance with the company’s activities, policies and risk tolerance on a day-to-day basis.
  • Build scalable solutions for legal operations to increase efficiencies
  • Review existing contracts to answer business team questions
  • Identify contract clauses and update a CLM system with the relevant language
  • Build and guide the contract process from creation to signature
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Pricing teams and others to close customer contracts.
  • Assist with maintaining contract management system to manage existing agreements
  • Help develop templates and other processes to improve efficiency of overall contract review process
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as assigned.

What you will bring:  

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in contracts administration
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite, internet research tools and other commonly used business technologies.
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressures.
  • Previous experience handling confidential information & escalation of critical issues to senior management
  • Confident, self-motivated and a creative problem solver able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; team player
  • Ability to draft contract language that is clear, concise, and easily understood.
  • Previous experience in a mid-size technology solutions company or healthcare organization is a plus. 

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $67,494 - $92,804 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
