People Experience Manager   

The People Experience Manager is responsible for implementing initiatives and programs to create a positive and inclusive culture, where innovation, collaboration, and creativity flourish and careers thrive. This newly created role will deliver a range of people projects and programs to support associates across Edifecs. Focus areas of work will include talent development, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and employee engagement.   

We are looking for a driven excellence-oriented professional, eager to create high business impact and value. You will be responsible for delivering a world class associate experience and for making Edifecs a place where people can do their best work.    

What you will do   

This is an individual contributor role requiring collaboration across the People & Culture team. If you like variety, are hands-on, roll up your sleeves, and get things done, this is for you.   

    

Areas of Focus:   

    

People Experience   

  • Help track our progress and design and execute practical and innovative solutions to deliver on our PVP to provide Holistic Wellbeing, Flexibility, Career Development, and a sense of Belonging to our associates from the day they join.
  • Incorporate our values in people practices, programs, and processes.
  • Utilize people analytics to drive change, enhance employee engagement, and to inform people decision, practices, and policies across the organization.

Belonging    

  • Support our DEIB Council and ERGs to execute initiatives and programs
  • Run our mentoring programs to create connection and belonging across the organization

Development   

  • Implement our ‘Leading Self’ program to help associates at all levels be the best they can be (e.g. create and run learner challenges, source and host engaging external speakers)

Engagement    

  • Create and run remote-first engagement activities to build connection and encourage collaboration, in addition to some in-person events and activities in our Bellevue HQ

What you will bring   

  • Outstanding programs experience with a proven track record of 5 to 8 years in HR. Prior experience of working in a Hi-Tech/start-up organization is strongly preferred.
  • Highly-motivated self-starter
  • Strong orientation to creating positive work environments through effective employee engagement practices.
  • Strong track record of meeting organizational needs in a geographically dispersed, decentralized organization. Global cultural orientation and working experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Passionate, driven, with creative problem-solving skills and high levels of optimism
  • Strong Data Chops- A strong data driven partnering. You must have the ability to gather and analyze information, derive insights and generate solutions.
  • High personal integrity and professional ethics
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000- $124,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
