Department: Energy Supply Operations

Employment Status: Full-time

Salary:CI$3,298 to CI$4,287

Work Environment: Plant Area, with occasional exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, noise and fumes and extreme heights.

Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administative Building

In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island

Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area

Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out Condition Monitoring & Auxiliary duties (data collection, data entry, data analysis and reporting) pertaining to quality and quantity of fuel, oil, steam & water systems.
  • Assisting with compiling data and monitoring trends and results of Condition Monitoring & Auxiliary aspects to provide timely warnings and reports of deterioration or abnormalities in equipment or system condition.
  • Supporting the Condition Monitoring & Auxiliary Foreman with maintaining all monthly reporting data for all rotating and reciprocating machinery.
  • Assisting with all API and other code required inspections and record keeping as required by CUC's policies and procedures.
  • Assisting maintenance personnel with resolving issues related to Condition Monitoring & Auxiliary aspects.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
