Salary: CI$6,239 - CI$8,111
Work Environment: Hybrid
Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building
In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island
Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area
Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

-         Supervising project support staff and their responsibilities within the Engineering & Business Development Department.

-         Managing multidisciplinary project teams on medium to large projects up to CI$90 Million in value.

  • Projects include but are not limited to power generation expansions, renovations, building additions, new substations, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering projects

-         Delivering projects within their safety, schedule, cost and quality targets.

-         Ensuring Company safety practices and procedures are followed by employees and contractors.

-         Providing project management and engineering support to all departments of the company as required.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

-         Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in engineering and/or project management of industrial construction, production environment and/or optimization projects.

-         Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering or similar qualification.

-         Minimum of five (5) years of work experience with Electric utilities.

-         PMP Certification or similar project management training.
