Salary:CI$4,562 to CI$5,930

Work Environment: Hybrid

Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building

In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island

Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area

Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and overseeing Project Management Office (PMO) documentation, processes, and operations to ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Providing specialized support in project management within internal Supply Chain operations, aligning requisitions and work orders with project plans. Manage internal document control and ensure timely delivery of project-related materials.
  • Coordinating with various departments to track document and process progress, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.
  • Collecting and consolidating data from project teams to create comprehensive monthly reports, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Offering extensive support to the Project Managers, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of the PMO.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or Project Management, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project administrative and coordination experience.

 

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Knowledge of Project Management software such as Smartsheet.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
