The Director, Retail.com Enablement will support our omnichannel sales team to unlock capabilities critical in scaling our retail.com businesses.  The primary focus will be to enable our sales teams, develop scalable Ecommerce solutions, and lead initiatives that maximize sales, optimize product listings, and improve overall customer experience. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to support and accelerate Ecommerce growth with our key retail partners. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop & Execute Retail.com Strategy 
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to maximize sales potential. 
Enable the sales team with the tools, resources, and insights needed to effectively manage retail.com accounts. 
Coordinates and manages external agencies that will support our management of retail.com platforms, inclusive of new item setup and PDP content.  
 
Ecommerce Platform Optimization 
Oversee the optimization of product listings on retail.com platforms, ensuring compelling content (titles, descriptions, images) and effective search rankings. 
Drive strategic changes to product content and merchandising based on platform performance data. 
Growth & Scalability Initiatives 
Identify and implement new growth opportunities, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and emerging trends across retail.com platforms. 
Lead efforts to develop scalable Ecommerce solutions, improving efficiency and performance across retail.com partnerships. 
 
Performance Analytics & Competitive Intelligence 
Monitor key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, etc.) and analyze trends to inform strategy adjustments. 
Partner with Analytics to ensure procure customer and market insights tools that enable us to measure and drive the business.  
Utilize data to improve product performance and identify areas for growth. 
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and retail.com platform updates to ensure Conair maintains a competitive edge. 
Analyze competitor listings and promotions to inform Conair’s strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation. 
 
Problem-Solving & Operational Excellence 
Address operational challenges related to product listings, fulfillment, or customer experience, working cross-functionally to resolve issues. 
Be the key point person for enabling marketplace and dropship capabilities by steering the initiatives with the right stakeholders internally. 
Ensure smooth execution of Ecommerce operations, optimizing inventory, pricing, and product availability. 
 
Qualifications: 
 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
6+ years of experience in Ecommerce, online retail with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. 
Proven experience managing and optimizing a retail website for a large-scale brand or company. 
Skills: 
Strong understanding of selling or enabling business with retail.com partners (e.g. Walmart.com, Target.com, Ulta.com) 
Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Circana, Luminate, etc.  
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. 
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, creative, supply chain and customer service.
