As a full-time employee, you will have 10 paid company holidays where you are not on-call, plus 4 floating holidays per year, and an annual accrual rate of 16 paid time off days per year to begin. That’s in addition to a competitive and flexible benefits program and a 5% employer match to our 403b retirement program.
