As a nonprofit PACE provider, CEI delivers fully integrated medical care and social services to adults aged 55 and older across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. You’ll witness the real-time impact of your efforts as participants regain confidence, families gain peace of mind, and colleagues uplift one another through shared purpose. We’re proud of the inclusive, team-driven culture we’re building—rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration. Most roles follow weekday hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, generous PTO, and a 5% employer match to our 403(b) retirement plan.
