As a nonprofit PACE provider, CEI delivers fully integrated medical care and social services to adults aged 55 and older across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

You’ll witness the real-time impact of your efforts as participants regain confidence, families gain peace of mind, and colleagues uplift one another through shared purpose.
