Position Description:  

The Enrollment Coordinator (EC) is responsible for the coordination of marketing projects and promotional events, promotional items, inventory, creation of flyers, organizing proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, photographs, and reports as well as preparing various marketing reports. In addition, this position will cover answering the PACE Intake Line on a daily basis. This role demands working in a fast-paced and team environment, in collaboration with internal and external Center for Elders’ Independence PACE operations teams. A certain degree of creativity and comfort with ambiguity is required.  

The salary range for the Enrollment Coordinator  at Center For Elders Independence is $ 54,038 - $ 81,099). Wages/salary are based on the market for the (title) position, as well as experience, skills, abilities and work history  

  

Relevant Skills and Experience:   

§  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related business field coupled with a minimum of two years of previous marketing or applicable experience preferred. Work experience considered in lieu of degree.  

§  Bilingual required - English/Spanish; English/Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese; English/Vietnamese or other.  

§  Health care background preferred.  

§  Familiar with Marketing and Communications concepts, practices and procedures, including collateral and promotional products development, printing, messaging and marketing continuity.  

§  Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread and edit.  

§  Strong project management, design and organizational skills.  

§  Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), MS Office Suite.  

§  Highly self-motivated, able to readily adapt to new and diverse situations.  

§  Ability to work with confidential information.  

§  Excellent Customer service and service recovery skills required.  

§  Inherently good project management skills. Good organizational and detail skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and use time effectively.  

§  Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and resolve problems in a timely manner.  

§  A passion for working with the senior and underserved populations.  

   

Physical and Travel Requirements:  

§  Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 40 pounds), bend, etc., hand and wrist dexterity to utilize computer.  

§  May require travel to sites/programs and special functions.  

§  Ability to lift boxes, canopy, table, (i.e., collateral and promotional materials)..  

§  Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance coverage required.  

   

Essential Job Functions:  

  • Responsible for direct contact with designated internal departments and external vendors during the creation of promotional product development and product inventory.
  • Create branded and approved content for Center for Elders’ Independence PACE flyers and external marketing materials to support field based marketing efforts. Actively participate in development of pieces, proofreading and completing brand briefs for marketing specific pieces.
  • Coordinate creation and necessary translations, facilitate printing, update and track all marketing materials. This includes working with management and Community Access and Development team to fulfill requests for marketing materials and promotional items needed.
  • Coordinate specific monthly campaigns and/or events designed to generate enrollment with specific timelines and communication with various departments to execute on the campaign. Gather and ensure data collection of event evaluation and ROI metrics as needed.
  • Support marketing promotional events and/or activities designed to increase enrollment.
  • Maintain promotional items inventory and help coordinate delivery to Enrollment Development Specialists.
  • Organize media kits, presentation folders, and manage schedules for creation, updating and complete design briefs for new materials needed. Maintaining inventory for marketing related materials and promotional items.
  • Assist with the content development of marketing materials to support Enrollment Development Representatives, Intake Specialists, and Pre-Enrollment Nursing staff.
  • Develop and maintain system for tracking and coordinating marketing requests and timelines for completion.
  • Organize the preparation of PACE presentations using brand and marketing resource materials.
  • Maintain a Master Marketing Calendar of Events.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with other management staff and lines of business to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide additional administrative support for the department including covering Intake line.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
