What you’ll be doing:
- Develop an understanding of vehicle service data and how it relates to business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to the design and engineering teams
- Partner with teams such as Research, UX, Analytics and Data Services to deliver a great car ownership experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or product management role
- Passion for data – ability to use and analyze large and obscure datasets to glean insights for our product management efforts and identify areas of opportunity.
- Strong organizational and project management skills – ability to coordinate multiple projects across several departments and champion projects through completion.
- Proactive and Self Motivated – feels a strong sense of ownership and proactively identifies what needs to be done. Has a bias toward action.
- Highly collaborative team player with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Results oriented – ability to analyze and track the impact of product improvements to achieving key corporate goals.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in Automotive a plus
- BS/BA degree.
