Business Operations Specialist
Description
We are seeking a detailed oriented Business Operations Specialist to provide internal administrative support for our Business Development (BD) accounts (Automotive Manufactures). The role focuses on behind-the-scenes account management and operational support for our CARFAX automotive manufacturer partnerships.
The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between our Account Team, our Automotive Manufacturer partnerships and our internal Dealer Support teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing) while ensuring seamless account operations and contract compliance.

- Account Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support for OEM accounts including contract management, billing coordination, and documentation maintenance.
- Internal Coordination: Serve as liaison between OEM accounts and internal departments (IT, Product, Legal, Finance) to facilitate project execution.
- Contract Support: Assist with contract renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring for OEM partnerships.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular account performance reports, usage analytics, and operational metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Process Management: Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for OEM account workflows.
- Project Coordination: Support implementation of new OEM integrations and product rollouts.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve account-related issues and ensure minimal service disruption.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed account records, meeting notes, and project status updates in internal systems.
- Bachelor’s degree - Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in account coordination, operations, or administrative support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration
- Experience with CRM and project management systems
- Interest in automotive industry
- Knowledge of data integration processes and concepts
- Experience in contract administration or vendor management
