Optimization Specialist
Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and objectives
- Ensure accurate data collection by setting up tracking mechanisms and validating data integrity through QA.
- Monitor test performance in real-time to ensure experiments are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Analyze test results using statistical methods to determine the significance and impact of the test variations
- Create reports summarizing findings, highlighting key metrics, and providing actionable insights.
- Develop presentations that translate findings/results in a clear concise manner.
- Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on ideation, creation, development, implementation, analysis and recommendations for all A|B testing initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for future tests based on data insights and business goals
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience with an A|B Testing (e.g. Optimizely/Adobe Target) and an Analytics Platform (e.g (Adobe Analytics)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel or statistical software like Python, SQL, R
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with both web and business analysis skills
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods used in AB Testing
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Identifies what needs to be done and has a bias toward action.
- Results oriented – strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals.
- Proven track record for problem solving and Quality Assurance (QA) for Product and Analytics implementations
- Ability to use metrics to manage programs and measure success
- Ability to translate, communicate, and distil metrics into a digestible, actionable marketing framework
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
