Support Analyst

What you'll be doing:
- Investigate incidents and determine root cause
- Communicate technical processes to nontechnical collaborators
- Build relationships with cross functional teams
- Be available for on-call shifts or off-hours support as needed
- Build dashboards and reports
- Analyze logs and performance metrics
- Coordinate response during major incidents
- Automate failover and processing issues
- Document preventative actions plans
- Propose improvements to system architecture
- Willingness to adapt to new tools, changing job demands, and evolving technology landscapes.
- Conduct incident retrospectives and assign error resolution
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a DevOps environment
- Experience supporting applications in Amazon Web Services
- Experience with distributed databases, Linux operating system, and network concepts.
- Experience with Java, MySQL, FTP/SFTP, Oracle
- Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring tools
- Familiarity with logging collection and analysis platforms
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Familiarity with MongoDB, Hadoop, Control-M are a plus
