Strategic Account Manager- Personal Insurance
Description
- Present profit improvement data solutions to existing P&C clients
- Maintain client engagement through regular communication
- Conduct annual review sessions with clients
- Monitor and expand client data usage to align with their needs
- Compile & communicate market intelligence information
- Onboard new customers and provide support for their success
- Document daily activities in our CRM software (Salesforce)
- Work with our marketing team to support sales initiatives
- Work from home while traveling 20%-25% of the time is expected for:
- Building and maintaining rapport with existing customers
- Attending industry trade shows and conferences
- Participation in quarterly on-site internal meetings in our Virginia HQ
- Minimum of 5 years multi-disciplinary insurance company experience, ideally as a production-oriented underwriter or product manager
- Proven sales acumen with formal sales training
- Track record managing and growing key clients
- Experience presenting personal auto profit improvement solutions
- Basic understanding of actuarial principles and lift charts
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic, independent and self-motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- College degree and/or insurance credentials (CIC or CPCU) is preferred
