Press Relations Specialist

Job Description Overview:
Assist marketing operation for North America in alignment with PR and Product Marketing including lifestyle media and KOL influencer relationship, product testing for product launches, event support (product coverage includes Desktop and All-in-One PCs, Notebook PCs).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee PR inventory: Coordinate inventory and samples for media review, including tracking shipments (both inbound and outbound), and organize the sampling inventory and work closely with warehouse team on logistics.
- Testing PR/Review units: assist PR manager for media sample and event sample testing including but not limited to install software and BIOs updates.
- Manage internal ticketing/tracking system: Organize ticketing and tracking for all in-bound and out-bound sampling that goes/return from media and HQ samples. For samples that need a transfer from warehouse to warehouse- assist with creating transfer tickets, oversee the approval status, and track when the sample arrives to the warehouse for pick up.
- Assist in putting press kit assets together. This includes retrieving press releases, product photos and videos, pitching guides, and review guides to assist PR manager for media communications/pitching.
- Assist SYS event product testing/demo set up (including game, software installation)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Use Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Presentation Slides, Corporate Email systems.
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related
Work Experience:
- 0 – 3 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with Salesforce or similar software.
- PR/advertising/KOL agency experience.
- Technology experience, particularly in Gaming, Consumer Electronics market, PC, IoT and hardware PC experience.
Working Conditions:
- Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
$66,560 - $95,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
