Job Description Overview:
ASUS NUC Business Unit is expanding its R&D footprint in the United States, building on the innovative technology foundation established in Taiwan. We specialize in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge mini-PCs for diverse consumer and business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with ASUS NUC’s business goals and target audience.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Create and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to enhance ASUS NUC’s social presence.
- Content Creation and Campaign Management:
- Develop compelling content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in the technology industry.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, or related roles, preferably within the technology sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- 10+ years of management experience in the technology industry.
Working Conditions:
- Office Only: Typically works in an office environment (2 days WFH/3 days In Office)
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
- Approx 10% travel Domestic and International (Taiwan)
