Product Manager-Go-to-Market

Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Product Manager to facilitate and execute our product marketing GTM strategy and day-to-day operations. The role involves performing market research and analysis and collaborating with product managers and other teams for effective execution. The GTM Product Manager will assist the North America operation in alignment with PR and Product Marketing, including managing media & KOL relationships, product testing for launches, key e-tailer ad spending strategies, and event support. Products covered include Display, Networking, and Gaming Peripherals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate product strategy that supports brand goals across the marketing and sales funnel, enhancing brand relevance, favorability, and preference.
- Work closely with social and digital production teams to manage cross-channel content marketing programs and content optimization efforts.
- Interpret product briefs, assignments, and opportunities aligned with the Brand Strategy, transforming them into impactful, engaging content.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparisons.
- Be knowledgeable in the hardware/product range and marketing requirements.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Presentation Slides, and Corporate Email systems.
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, and results-oriented corporate environment where flexibility is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills, effective marketing tactics, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Retail and Business-to-Business markets.
- Passionate about sales and marketing as enablers for company growth.
- Experienced in building partnerships that help customers grow their businesses and deeply understand customer relationship-building.
- Strong people management skills, adept at leading teams through complex channel marketing processes and resource management.
- Understanding of the creative aspects of marketing, well-versed in digital and print creative processes, and able to communicate effectively with production teams.
Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A)
Work Experience
- 2+ years of Product/Channel/PR Marketing Experience
Working Conditions:
- Typically works in an office environment, hybrid option as per company regulations.
- Requires sitting and operating office equipment for extended periods.
- 10% of travel required for meetings, events, and conventions (Domestic & International).
$75,000-$110,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in our City of Industry, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
